The brief

The challenge

Traditional fashion content means model casting, premium studio rental, hair and makeup teams, professional retouchers and multiple shoot days. For a brand that needs thousands of assets a month across demographics and seasons, that cost structure stops being sustainable.

It also creates dependency. Every campaign routes through outside vendors, which slows agility and pushes timelines past the point of market relevance. The brand was stuck with the usual impossible choice: premium visuals, or content volume, not both.
