Why the bench matters

When production costs nothing, creative thinking costs everything

AI has pushed the cost of making an asset close to zero. Anyone can generate a thousand images before lunch. What that has not done is make a single one of them worth looking at.

The scarce thing now is judgement. Knowing which idea earns attention. Knowing which reference lands in a given market, and which one falls flat. Knowing the one version a brand can actually put its name on. That judgement is the whole job, so it is what we hire for.

A French luxury house gets a French art director who grew up inside the codes. A launch in Bangkok gets someone who knows how the color reads on the street there. A campaign for Gen Z gets a strategist who speaks the dialect, not a translation of it.

Briefs stop getting lost between markets, because the person reading yours already speaks the language. Literally, and creatively.

The bench

The creatives you'll work with

Where they're from

Hired close to the market

Cultural fluency isn't a line on a CV. It's lived. A creative who knows a market from the inside reads a brief faster, kills the wrong idea sooner, and lands the right one without a round of notes explaining why it works.
