AI Production / Image

Ten times the ideas, none of the strain.

Creative direction leads. Technology follows.

AIGC generates pixels brilliantly. It cannot conceive brand stories, make strategic creative decisions or understand what resonates with an audience. That is still human work.

We pair creative directors from top global agencies with custom AI models trained on your brand. AI serves the vision, never dictates it. The output reads like a campaign because a campaign is what we made.

What changed

Traditional production
cannot match the brief.

Volume, timeline and budget have moved in three directions traditional production cannot chase at the same time. AIGC changes what is physically possible, when it is operated by people who hold the line on craft.

Volume

Marketing now demands 500 to 5,000 assets a month.

Traditional studios were built for 50 to 100 per cycle. The gap is unbridgeable with headcount, location days and prop budgets. AIGC closes the gap without forcing the team to compromise on craft.

Timeline

Marketing wants days, not months.

Six to eight weeks of traditional production no longer fits inside the calendar. Campaigns now ship inside a week. AIGC runs at that pace because the bottleneck is not the studio, it is the brief.

Budget

Flat budgets, fivefold demand. Ideas die from cost.

Five hundred to two thousand dollars per traditional image stops being economic at scale. AIGC bends the cost curve so the team can produce the variations the campaign deserves rather than the ones the line item allows.

What we build

Five lanes of image production.

Each lane is a self-contained engagement. Most clients start in one or two and expand as the engine proves itself. The lanes share the same model training, the same brand standard and the same senior creative leads.

Performance creative

Image lane

Advertising and performance creative.

Ad creative, carousels, video, influencer-style and UGC frames, landing visuals. The full performance stack, at the pace the channel demands.

The studio operates as the production arm of the brand performance team. Briefs in, variations out, all tracked against the same standard the in-house creative would hold.

Useful where the channel needs constant testing and the team cannot afford to wait for a shoot every time a new angle is on the table.

In scope

  • Ad creative
  • Carousels
  • Video advertisements
  • Influencer-style
  • UGC-style content
  • Landing-page visuals

E-commerce

Image lane

E-commerce and product imagery.

Hero product, context and lifestyle, demos with and without models, marketplace-optimised assets. The library that closes the sale.

The same starting asset becomes the hero, the editorial frame and the marketplace tile, all under the same brand standard. The PDP, the A+ content and the configurator stay in step.

Useful for retailers and DTC brands shipping high volumes of product variations across multiple marketplaces, where consistency is the moat and speed is the constraint.

In scope

  • Hero product images
  • Lifestyle context
  • Product descriptions
  • Demos with and without models
  • Marketplace-optimised
  • 360-degree views

Social

Image lane

Social media content.

Platform-specific posts, animated content, video plus caption combinations, story frames and social-commerce assets.

Each platform gets the variant it wants: vertical for the feed, square for the carousel, wide for the in-feed video. The brand voice carries; the format adapts.

Useful where the channel mix is wide and the appetite for new creative is constant. The studio runs the variation layer so the team writes the next idea.

In scope

  • Platform-specific posts
  • Animated content
  • Video and caption
  • Story content
  • Social-commerce assets
  • Vertical / square / wide

Brand identity

Image lane

Brand identity and visual systems.

Visual identity development, logo applications, brand photography, website design elements, presentation templates and collateral.

The studio builds the visual system, then runs it at scale. Identity, photography and the asset library that follows, all tuned to the same line.

Useful for brands that need a coherent visual standard across product, communications and channel, rather than a deck of guidelines and a hope.

In scope

  • Visual identity
  • Logo applications
  • Brand photography
  • Website design elements
  • Presentation templates
  • Marketing collateral

Product visualisation

Image lane

Product visualisation and campaign adaptation.

360-degree views, technical illustrations, packaging variants and multi-market campaign adaptations.

From the master campaign idea to the local adaptation, the seasonal variant, the format multiplication and the A/B testing variant. One brief, many on-brand expressions.

Useful for global brands shipping the same campaign across markets, formats and channels, where consistency is the brief and adaptation is the work.

In scope

  • 360-degree product views
  • Technical illustrations
  • Assembly instructions
  • Packaging design
  • Multi-market localisation
  • Format adaptations
  • A/B testing variants

Private Custom-trained models on dedicated servers

Why hubStudio

Studio execution
at AI speed.

We combine agency strengths (strategic creativity, brand expertise) with AIGC capability (infinite iteration, instant variation, exponential scale). One partner gives you both creative intelligence and production power.

No public platforms. We build proprietary AI models trained exclusively on your visual identity, hosted on dedicated servers in the geography you choose (China, USA, Europe). Your brand intelligence stays entirely yours.

What you receive are finished assets, not software to learn. The complexity stays on our side of the brief.

  • Custom-trained models
  • Private hosting
  • Senior creative direction
  • NDA in place

AI-generated images cannot be copyrighted in most jurisdictions, including the US, because copyright law requires human authorship. However, as the client commissioning the work, you typically own usage rights through the service agreement. We provide clear ownership documentation for every generated asset and confirm full commercial usage rights.

Yes. We never send brand data to public AI platforms such as ChatGPT or MidJourney. All content is processed on private, dedicated servers using open-source AI models. Prompts are anonymised, trained models remain exclusively yours, and hosting options cover China, the USA or Europe to meet data sovereignty requirements.

This is a valid concern. While AI models learn patterns rather than copy images directly, outputs can resemble existing works. We mitigate this through careful training-data curation, deduplication, post-generation review and reverse image search before delivery.

Brand safety is paramount. The process includes initial brand DNA analysis, human creative oversight during generation, brand compliance review and final QC before delivery. Creative directors from top agencies guide every project to ensure outputs align with the brand standard.

Yes, but only with proper training and human guidance. We create custom AI models trained on the brand visual identity, products and style guidelines. AI is the tool. Creative strategists develop the concept and ensure every generated image serves the brand and resonates with the audience.

Multi-layer quality control prevents this. We use prompt-engineering best practice, content filtering and human review at every stage. If something unsuitable slips through, we run rapid correction and regenerate at no additional cost. Revisions are unlimited until the brief is met.

Significant. AI handles the technical generation. Humans drive every creative decision: concept development, prompt crafting, style direction, quality evaluation and final selection. Creative directors, not algorithms, decide what gets delivered.

No. AIGC complements traditional creative rather than replacing it. It excels at scaling content production, rapid iteration and exploring concept cost-effectively. Certain campaigns, high-touch brand moments and authentic human stories still require traditional photography. We help determine the optimal mix per project.
